WICHITA, KS – Law enforcement officials in Sedgwick County are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Monday night. Robert Schoenberger, 47, is considered armed and dangerous after allegedly shooting a victim who later died from their injuries.

DOUGLAS COUNTY – A domestic dispute at Edgewood Homes in Lawrence on Thursday night escalated into a deadly shooting, leaving two men dead and a woman critically injured. Law enforcement officials have identified the individuals involved and are continuing their investigation into the tragic incident.

Topeka authorities have arrested 19-year-old Pearson Carter III in connection with the June 3 fatal shooting of 29-year-old Ian A. Mwaniki. Carter faces charges including 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery, and unlawful firearm discharge. The shooting incident occurred around 8:00 p.m. in the 700 block of SW Western.
