SENECA, Kan. — A Sabetha man originally facing breach of privacy charges has avoided jail time after entering a plea agreement in Nemaha County District Court.
Jeremy Carson, 39, pleaded no contest last week to three misdemeanor counts of stalking contained within an amended complaint, according to official court documents.
Following the plea, Carson was sentenced to three years in the Nemaha County Jail. However, a judge suspended the jail sentence and instead placed Carson on two years of supervised probation.
The case stems from an arrest in April, which followed an investigation spearheaded by the Seneca Police Department.
