High School Performers Wanted for Marshall County Talent Show

High school students across Marshall County are invited to step onto the stage and perform at Marshall County’s Got Talent on Sunday, April 26, at 6 p.m. at the Waterville Opera House.

Marshall County Arts Cooperative is now accepting entries from students interested in performing solo or as part of a group of up to five.

Students are encouraged to think broadly about what they could bring to the stage, including music, drama, dance, comedy and more.

“This is about showcasing our high school students,” said Chris Felder, the arts cooperative’s vice president. “There is a lot of talent in our schools, and this is an opportunity to bring it together in one place.”

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top finishers, including $250 for first place, $125 for second place, $75 for third place and a $50 People’s Choice award.

The deadline to enter is April 12.

Marshall County Arts Cooperative is a countywide presenting arts organization whose mission is to unite Marshall County through the arts. The organization manages the Lee Dam Center for Fine Art and produces programs and events that bring people together through shared arts experiences.
