An incident in Blue Springs Saturday night led to second degree assault charges, as well as a protective order violation for Jaime Harvey, age 34, of Beatrice.
An argument with a female escalated, and she attempted to exit the vehicle when she was caught, and drug alongside. As she approached a farm house for help, Harvey steered toward her.
She was able to reach help, and suffered minor injuries.
