Applications for KDOT’s Safe Routes to School Program now being accepted

Resurfacing to begin Monday on U.S. 36 and K-128 in Jewell County

The Kansas Department of Transportation will start a mill and overlay project on 22.3 miles of U.S. 36 and K-128 in Jewell County on April 1. Motorists should expect delays of up to 15 minutes, as flaggers and a pilot car will direct one lane of traffic through the construction. The project is scheduled to be completed in mid-July, weather permitting.

I-135 bridge repairs underway in McPherson County

The Kansas Department of Transportation is repairing a northbound and southbound I-135 bridge in McPherson County, causing minimal traffic delays not exceeding five minutes. The $918,781 project, led by Wildcat Construction Co. Inc. & Subsidiaries, is expected to finish in August, weather permitting. I-135 pavement replacement resumes at Moundridge

Governor Kelly Signs Good Samaritan Bill
