New Age Industrial Welcomes Industry Veteran Ashleigh Scruggs as Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice

Norton, KS February 23, 2026 – New Age Industrial, the leading manufacturer of aluminum transportation and storage equipment, is proud to announce the appointment of Ashleigh Scruggs as the company’s new Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice.

With a career spanning 18 years, Scruggs brings a wealth of specialized knowledge in foodservice operations, commercial design-build projects, and strategic account management. Her appointment underscores New Age Industrial’s commitment to providing expert-level consultation and high-quality aluminum solutions to the foodservice industry.

In her new role, Ashleigh Scruggs will work directly with foodservice manufacturer’s representatives to maintain existing business and create new opportunities. She will also represent New Age Industrial at national trade shows and key buying group meetings, strengthening the brand’s presence across the country.

Her background in the design/build sector allows her to serve as a single point of accountability for complex projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, and corporate dining segments.

On a personal note, Ashleigh has been married to her husband, Dusty, for 18 years. They are avid outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy camping and traveling together. At home, she is a devoted owner to their Labrador, Hammer, who is the recipient of all her extra love and attention.
