About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and warm professional to join our team as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring a positive patient experience. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities: Greet and check-in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls with a warm and confident demeanor, addressing inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our practice management software to maintain an organized and efficient schedule.

Verify patient insurance coverage and effectively explain benefits, financial options, and payment policies to patients.

Manage patient records and ensure all information, including HIPAA forms, is accurately entered, updated, and filed.

Process payments and prepare billing statements as needed.

Maintain a tidy and professional reception area to ensure a comfortable patient experience.

Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.

Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and administrative skills.

Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computer systems and dental practice management software.

Attention to detail for managing complex scheduling and insurance claims.

A warm, cheerful, and professional demeanor, with the ability to make anxious patients feel at ease.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
