Football Night in Kansas returns tonight on the stations of Sunflower State Radio, with a full slate of high school football action.

KANSAS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL SCOREBOARD SHOW

Join Eric Peterson for the Kansas High School Football Scoreboard Show at 10:00 PM tonight on KD Country 94. The show covers high school football scores, recaps and interviews from across Kansas. NORTON BLUEJAYS AT RUSSELL BRONCOS

Norton hits the road this week to travel to Russell still looking for that first win of the season. Last week Norton fell to Beloit 52-22 at home. The Russell Broncos suffered their first loss of the season to Phillipsburg on the road, 29-28, last week. Catch the game on Superstar Country 102.5 FM.

FRANKFORT WILDCATS AT BLUE VALLEY RAMS

The 2-3 Frankfort Wildcats hit the road to Randolph this week to take on the Blue Valley Rams. Frankfort, who took a 44-36 victory over Thunder Ridge last week, looks to keep their winning ways alive. Blue Valley, 1-4 on the season, has a sole victory over Kansas City East Christian 48-42 back on week 3. Max Blaske will have the call on Today’s Country 95.5 KNDY-FM.

MARYSVILLE BULLDOGS AT ROCK CREEK MUSTANGS

It’s a new match up in the North Central Kansas League, as the Marysville Bulldogs head to Flush to take on the Rock Creek Mustangs. Rock Creek enters the contest with a perfect 5-0 record, 3-0 in league contests. They have shutout wins over Bishop Ward and Bonner Springs. Last week they took out the Clay Center Tigers 45-7. Marysville enters the contest with a winless record, with a loss to Abilene last week 21-6. Bruce Dierking with the call on Classic Country 1570 AM/94.1 FM KNDY.

THUNDER RIDGE LONGHORNS AT ST. JOHN’S/TIPTON BLUJAYS

The KD Country 94 Game of the Week this week heads to Beloit as the St. John’s/Tipton Blujays host the Thunder Ridge Longhorns. Thunder Ridge enters the contest with a 1-4 record, with a sole win over Rock Hills in week 2 38-0. The Blujays enter the game with a 2-3 record, with wins over Rock Hills (58-8) and Osborne (58-24). John Boden on the call on KD Country 94.
