A Kansas Highway Patrol trooper arrested a driver on Saturday night after clocking them at 151 miles per hour on Kansas 96 in Reno County. The incident occurred during the Kansas State Fair.
The driver, whose name was not released, was taken into custody after a pursuit. They face charges including DUI, a felony warrant, and multiple traffic violations.
This arrest is the latest in a series of high-speed incidents in Kansas, despite ongoing efforts to address the problem of excessive speeding.
