The City of Norton will be taking a power outage across the entire town tonight at 6 p.m. to repair an insulator on one of the main feeds coming into Norton from Prairie Land Electric.
This has been the cause of some power flickers in the city recently and the only way to repair this is to take a full outage. This should take no more than one hour.
