Man Seriously Injured in Tractor Accident in Southeast Shawnee County

TECUMSEH – A man sustained serious injuries Tuesday morning after a tractor he was working on reportedly fell on him in southeast Shawnee County.

The incident was reported around 10:38 a.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of S.E. Tecumseh Road, according to authorities.

The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office stated that the man was actively working on the tractor when the accident occurred. He was transported by American Medical Response ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries.

No additional details were immediately available.
