The director of member services will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing programs that directly impact NSP members. These include expanding access to resources, increasing networking opportunities, and addressing member concerns through advocacy and outreach. Cline’s appointment reflects NSP’s dedication to the future success of the sorghum industry.

“With the evolving challenges and opportunities facing sorghum producers today, it is more important than ever that NSP remains a steadfast resource and advocate for our members,” NSP CEO Tim Lust said. “This new role is vital to strengthening the connection between the organization and the producers we serve. Cambry’s agricultural background, leadership experience, and passion for member success position her perfectly to drive our efforts forward.”

A native of the Texas Panhandle, Cline grew up on her family’s farm, developing a deep appreciation for agriculture. Her involvement in the livestock judging teams at Blinn College and Texas Tech University further shaped her understanding of agricultural practices and leadership. Cline holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agricultural communications from Texas Tech University, equipping her with the skills to advocate for and engage with NSP’s diverse membership.

“I’m honored to join National Sorghum Producers and work alongside a team dedicated to advancing the interests of sorghum growers,” Cline said. “As director of member services, my goal is to build meaningful relationships, provide valuable resources, and ensure every member’s voice is heard as we navigate the future of sorghum production together.”

NSP’s focus on member services is part of its broader mission to sustain and grow the sorghum industry. By addressing the evolving needs of farmers and stakeholders, NSP is reaffirming its commitment to delivering value to members and advocating for the success of sorghum as a vital crop in U.S. agriculture.
