BELLEVILLE, Kan. — The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series has officially adjusted its upcoming tour schedule, announcing the cancellation of Friday’s scheduled race at the Belleville High Banks.
Series officials made the call to cancel the Friday, Sept. 11, 2026 event following attempts by the World Racing Group to resolve internal issues surrounding the race.
With Belleville off the slate, “The Greatest Show on Dirt” now turns its full attention toward a high-stakes weekend in the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions:
- Saturday, Sept. 12: The Gunslinger Stampede at Dodge City Raceway Park in Dodge City, Kansas—marking the series’ long-awaited return to the track for the first time since 2020.
- Monday, Sept. 14: The Rocky Mountain Rumble at El Paso County Raceway in Calhan, Colorado—making just its second appearance in series history.
Advance ticket holders for the Belleville High Banks event will receive automatic refunds through SLS Promotions. Fans should allow 7 to 10 business days for refunds to process.
