Phillips County Accident: 67-Year-Old Injured in Rollover

A 67-year-old man was injured in a single-vehicle accident in Phillips County on Monday. The incident occurred around 10:00 AM on Phillips County W 500 Road, approximately three-quarters of a mile north of Speed, Kansas.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Frank Eugene Hall of Kirwin was driving a 2022 Mack Pinnacle southbound when the vehicle veered off the road, entered a ditch, and rolled over. Hall was transported to Phillips County Hospital with injuries. The KHP reported that he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
