The Kansas Department of Transportation has closed westbound I-70 from Salina to the Colorado border. Eastbound I-70 remains closed between Hays and the Colorado border.
Additional routes are closed in western Kansas. KDOT reminds motorists not to drive around road closure barricades or gates. Doing so may result in a citation or fine. Motorists are advised to delay travel if possible.
