Governor Laura Kelly announced the dates for the second round of local consult meetings to gather input on strategies for implementing the 2022 Kansas Water Plan. The meetings will take place throughout September in various locations across Kansas.

Public Meetings Seek Input on Kansas Water Priorities and Investments

The Kansas Water Office, Kansas Department of Agriculture, and Kansas Department of Health and Environment are organizing workshops to discuss the 2022 Kansas Water Plan. Kansans are invited to share their input on regional water needs, funding priorities, policy changes, state capacity improvement, program effectiveness, and measurable goals. Multiple workshop dates and locations are available for participation.
