The Kyle Railroad crossing on U.S. 24 in Cawker City will temporarily close for repairs this week.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, U.S. 24 will be closed to traffic at the crossing. The crossing is expected to reopen by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 26, conditions permitting.
During the closure, through traffic should follow the signed detour on K-128, U.S. 36 and K-181.
Kyle Railroad and its subcontractors will be performing the repairs to the crossing and managing traffic control during the closure.
