The Marshall County Arts Cooperative’s countywide trivia series continues with Trivia Night at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at Altstadt Galerie, 200 N. Kansas Ave. in Frankfort.
The evening is the second stop in the series, following the opening trivia night held earlier this spring in Marysville. Teams will compete for prize money and a chance to advance to the Tournament of Champions this fall.
Teams may register for $200 and include up to eight players. Individual registrations are $20, and solo players can be paired with a team.
Prize money will be awarded to the top finishers, with $500 for first place and $250 for second place.
Participants may bring their own snacks and drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
“This is a fun way to get together and support the arts,” said Chris Felder, the arts cooperative’s vice president. “Some questions are easy, some are silly and some are meant to challenge the group.”
Funds raised through the series support arts programming throughout Marshall County, including school performances, public concerts and artist residencies.
To register, call or text 785-859-4260 or email marshallcountyarts@gmail.com.
Additional trivia nights are scheduled for Aug. 15 in Waterville and Sept. 12 in Axtell. The Tournament of Champions will be Oct. 10 at the Lee Dam Center for Fine Art in Marysville.
