Phillipsburg Man Arrested In Connection To 2021 Death Of Janna Lea Constable

On the morning of February 14, 2021, deputies responded to a shooting incident in the 600 block of 7th Street in Phillipsburg, resulting in the death of 43-year-old Janna Lea Constable.

On the evening of July 22, the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office carried out an arrest warrant for 37-year-old Kevin Lee Hadley, a resident of Phillipsburg. Hadley was taken into custody on charges of second-degree murder, interference with a law enforcement officer, and possession of a firearm by an intoxicated person. He is currently being held with a bond set at $125,000.

The Phillips County Sheriff’s Department reminds the public that all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
