KBI Releases Identity Of Man Killed In Topeka Officer-Involved Shooting

SHAWNEE COUNTY – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) has identified the man killed in the June 24 officer-involved shooting in Topeka.

He has been identified as Christopher D. Kelley, 38, of Topeka.

The investigation is ongoing. Once the investigation concludes, the findings will be turned over to the Shawnee County District Attorney for review.
