Fatal Ellis County Crash Claims Hays Man

Brandon L. Frick, a 40-year-old man from Hays, died in a car accident on U.S. Highway 183 near Munjor Road on Tuesday evening. He collided with a semi-truck driven by Jesse W. Crum while crossing the center line. Frick, wearing a seatbelt, died at the scene; Crum was unharmed.
