Authorities Seek Details & 2014 Mustang Related To Kidnapping Incident

The Jewell County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance regarding a criminal investigation stemming from an incident that occurred on the afternoon of December 26, 2025, near the intersection of K-128 and J Road in rural Jewell County.

Investigators are seeking information related to a tan Cadillac SUV bearing

Pennsylvania license plates that was in the area between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The vehicle was reportedly driven by a Middle Eastern male in his late 20s to early 30s with facial hair. The vehicle was last observed traveling southbound on K-128.

Anyone who may have seen this vehicle, observed suspicious activity, or has dash camera, security camera, or other video footage from the area during that timeframe is asked to contact the Jewell County Sheriff’s Office at 785-378-3194.
