From the Mitchell County Sheriff:

The 2014 Mustang was involved in a kidnapping incident on US Hwy 24 west of Beloit in Mitchell County. The victim escaped with injuries and has been hospitalized with suspected serious injuries.

The unknown suspect and stolen Mustang left the scene and were later pursued in Osborne County. The suspect and vehicle have not been found and were last seen in western Osborne County. If this vehicle is located, please call your local authorities immediately and DO NOT APPROACH.

The suspect is believed to have been possibly involved in an incident in Jewell County prior to the Mitchell County incident. KHP and Osborne County authorities are currently still on the lookout for the vehicle.
