OKLAHOMA CITY, July 3, 2025 – The Oklahoma City Thunder has signed forward/center Thomas Sorber to a multi-year contract, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.
During his freshman season at Georgetown, Sorber appeared in 24 games and averaged 14.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.5 steals in 31.3 minutes. He ranked second on the team in scoring and second in the nation in rebounding among freshmen.
The New Jersey native was named a unanimous 2024-25 Big East All-Freshman team selection and also received All-Big East Third Team honors during his lone season with the Hoyas.
