Marshall Co. Community Band To Kickoff Summer Concert Series Tonight

Marshall County Community Band will begin their summer concert series June 6, and continuing Thursday evenings through July 18, beginning at 7:30 in the Koester Museum gardens in downtown Marysville. Lawn chairs are encouraged, and in the case of inclement weather tune to KNDY for alternate locations. Several downtown businesses will feature extended hours, and specials in store this Thursday to kick off the series. As well, Marysville Chamber & Main Street will host tours of the second and third floors of the Koester block commercial buildings on Broadway from 5-7:30, meeting in the alley behind. The city is negotiating with developers seeking ideas for updating the properties, including the former masonic lodge on the third floor.
