Survey To Begin on U.S. 81 in Cloud, Ottawa County

One Person Dead In Northern Kansas Crash

A fatal accident occurred early Wednesday on U.S. Route 81 in northern Kansas when a Ford F150 collided head-on with a northbound semi-truck. The 20-year-old Ford driver, Xavier C. Robison, was killed, reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. The semi-truck driver was hospitalized, while a passenger was unharmed.
