Dierking Communications, Inc. invested in radio stations in north central Kansas, including KD Country 94 and Z-96.3 The Lake. The stations, under new ownership since 2006, have undergone technological upgrades led by General Manager Wade Gerstner. To celebrate 30 years of broadcasting, state-of-the-art transmitters are being installed to improve signal reliability and reception. Work is expected to be completed by the end of May.
