Two students were slightly hurt when a school bus in Wyandotte County left the road and hit a tree. The accident happened around 3:30 PM on Wednesday.
Of the 17 kids on the bus, only two had minor injuries from broken glass. They were treated at the scene and released. The other kids were checked by medical staff but were okay.
The injured students, ages 11-15, went home with their families, while the rest were taken to another bus.
There is no information about the bus driver yet.
