MANHATTAN — Kansas State University invites the K-State and local community to the 2024 State of Our University event, a celebration of the people and achievements that are driving K-State forward as the next-generation land-grant university.
The event will take place at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, in McCain Auditorium. Doors will open at 2:30 p.m., and a reception will follow in the auditorium lobby until 5 p.m.
“We are excited to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our K-Staters,” President Richard Linton said. “This event is not just about recognizing our successes but also looking forward to the future we are building together as a university and a community.”
The reception following the program will provide an opportunity for attendees to connect with university leaders, faculty, staff and students, and to learn more about K-State’s initiatives and partnerships across the state.
This event is free and open to the public. Parking will be available in the parking garage near the K-State Student Union and McCain Auditorium.
