A little bit of everything can be expected over the next couple of days. Thunderstorms are possible across far eastern Kansas this afternoon. Some could become severe. Snow may move in with colder temperatures tonight. Below freezing temperatures are forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

A cold front is expected to move through the area late in the day Monday. Behind the front we could see some light rain change over to light snow. Chances for minor accumulations of snow, mainly on grassy surfaces, is 20% to 40%. A couple hard freezes are likely through the middle of the week. But then temperatures are back into the 60s and 70s.
