PRATT COUNTY – Tonight, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) arrested an officer from the Medicine Lodge Police Department.
On Thursday, Sept. 16 at approximately 6:20 p.m., KBI agents arrested 33-year-old Tate M. Rosenbaum at his residence in Pratt, Kansas. He was arrested for one count of abuse of a child, and one count of battery. The charges are connected to an incident that occurred on July 22.
After his arrest, Rosenbaum was booked into the Pratt County Jail.
The KBI initiated this investigation on July 23, after the Pratt Police Department requested KBI assistance.
The Pratt County Attorney is expected to prosecute the case. Nothing further will be released at this time.
