CVA launches ‘CVA Connect’ app to streamline customer experience

(York, NE) Central Valley Ag (CVA) has officially launched CVA Connect, a new digital platform and mobile app created to simplify and enhance the way customers manage their business with the cooperative.

CVA Connect gives users 24/7 access to account information, invoices, purchase history, grain contracts, scale tickets, energy delivery request, and more – all from a single dashboard, accessible on desktop or mobile.

“CVA Connect is an extension of our team in the palm of your hand,” said Bailie Hennes-Clingman, Director of Member Experience at CVA. “We’re committed to helping our members succeed, and this platform provides the information and access they need to make timely, informed decisions – wherever they are.”

Available on both iOS and Android as well as from a web browser, CVA Connect also features seamless communication tools, allowing customers to receive updates and messages directly from their CVA team within the app.

Key features of CVA Connect include:

  • Instant access to invoices, statements and purchase history with the ability to pay via ACH and credit card
  • View and sign grain/agronomy prepay contracts
  • Submit quote requests and energy delivery orders
  • Receive timely updates and notifications from the CVA team via the app and portal

Customers can sign up today for CVA Connect by visiting www.cvacoop.com/log to request account access. Once registered, users can log in on desktop or download the app on their mobile device through the App Store or Google Play.
