The Union Pacific Preservation Society celebrated a significant milestone on Friday, October 11th. The group unveiled a National Register of Historic Places plaque honoring their historic depot. The event featured remarks from Matthew Godinez, Assistant Secretary of Quality Places for the Kansas Department of Commerce, Marysville Mayor Todd Frye, and Mike Welch, a board member of the Union Pacific Preservation Society.
