2024 Marshall County Fair Schedule

The 2024 edition of the Marshall County Fair will take place in Blue Rapids starting on Thursday, July 18th running through Tuesday, July 23rd. Stay tuned to KNDY 95.5 FM, 1570 AM & 94.1 FM for the latest updates live from the fairgrounds in Blue Rapids.

Battle of the Bands – Sunday Night

Thursday, July 18

  • 9 am — Horse Show
  • 5 pm — Horse Speed Events (Rain date for everything except halter events TBA)

Friday, July 19

  • 2 – 6 pm — Livestock Weigh-In
  • 4 – 8 pm — All 4-H and Open entries accepted
  • 7 pm — Dog Show
  • 7 pm — Ranch Rodeo

Saturday, July 20

  • 8 am — Swine Show
  • 9 am — All entries in place, this includes horticulture (Food should be entered at judging time)
  • 9 am — Judging of entries: 4-H (Blue Rapids City Building) (This includes Foods) and Open Class, except livestock
  • 5 – 9 pm — Inflatables
  • 5:30 pm — Bucket Calf Practice
  • 7 pm — Figure 8 Race (Arena)
  • 8 pm — Open Mic on Fairgrounds “Unleash your inner superstar”

Sunday, July 21

  • 8 am — 10K Run (Barnyard Boogie)
  • 8 am — Beef Show & Rabbit Show
    • Bucket Calf Show after Beef Show
  • 1 pm — Table Setting Contest

    • Fair Supper catered by Ricky’s Café. Open to the public.
