Marshall County to Vote on Eliminating Food Sales Requirement for Liquor by the Drink

Marshall County, KS, voters will decide on November 4 whether to remove the food sales requirement for liquor sales in public establishments. The proposed change lets venues sell liquor without a minimum revenue from food. Currently, 51 of Kansas's counties have eliminated this requirement, while one county prohibits liquor sales entirely.

Advance Voting for Mitchell County City/School Election Starts Today

Early voting for the City/School Election 2025 in Mitchell County, KS, has started at the Clerk's Office. Voters can vote daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. until October 31st, with additional hours on November 3rd. Election Day polling is from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for all local voters.
