She provides tips on checking equipment, providing good nutrition to cows and heifers, and making sure you have the best plan in place for your operation.

K-State Research and Extension horticulture agent for Riley County, Gregg Eyestone, ends today’s show by explaining that the timing of the application is important because some crabgrass preventers can lose their effectiveness late in the growing season.
