Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill Will Not Be Charged In Child Abuse Investigation

OVERLAND PARK, KAN. – Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe held a press conference this afternoon to announce that criminal charges will not be filed against Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill, in connection with two alleged instances of child abuse reported in March.

He did mention that his office does believe a crime was committed, but they do not have enough evidence or information to determine who committed the crime.

The first incident was reported on March 5th, where both Hill and his fiancee Crystal Espinal are named. The incident is listed as child abuse/neglect. The second incident occurred on March 14th, with the incident labeled as battery, and a victim listed as a juvenile. Espinal was the only other person listed in that report.

This is a developing story.
