A $20,000 surety bond was set for a Seneca man arrested by police last Friday after authorities investigated a complaint from March 7th.
Edward Meade, age 50, is charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to animals, and two counts of endangering a child. He allegedly used a deadly weapon to place another person in reasonable danger of bodily harm, and March 1st maliciously injured a dog, and endangered two children.
A court date has been set.
