Washington County Sheriff Seeks Information On Door-To-Door Salesman

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has received multiple reports of an individual in the Washington and Hanover area who is attempting to sell cancer insurance. This would be a male subject, possibly in his 20’s, some facial hair on his chin with a tattoo on upper left arm.

Vehicle he is driving is reported to be a 2003 to 2007 Chevrolet pickup, white in color with larger mud tires and unknown tag information. So far reports have shown his activity to be in the Washington and Hanover area, but more specifically north of Washington. At this time authorities are treating this as a possible scam/fraud, and consider his methods very suspicious in nature. They do not believe that this is a legit salesperson, and would classify him as a person of interest at this point.

If anyone has any contact with this person please report it to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office as soon as possible.
